Nie ada text pidato bahasa Inggris yang pernah admin bawain waktu lomba antar sekolah menengah, admin buat sendiri lho, judulnya DEMOCRACY.... Semoga bermanfaat :D

We often hear about Democracy, but do you know what is it?

Democracy is a government from the people, by the people and for the people. That's the simplest understanding of democracy, which known by almost people. Democracy is manifestation of people power, in a democratic political system citizens have the right, opportunities and equal voice in the goverrnment of the world set public. So is it the best form for a government? Yes, especially to Indonesia, which has been using the system
since the new order.

First,with the system of democratic government, people can aspire opinion into government by share their oppinion to the minister and it can help the government to establish the country as what the citizents want.

The second reason is in accordance with the character of the nation's compound. So, what the people want to their government can be realized in real life. it provides more opportunities for people to participate indirectly to regulate the government.

The third reason, because democracy uses prioritize problem resolution with consensus agreement. Therefore, by using democracy as a system. It will solve the possibility of conflict with minimum casualities.

An additional vital advantage of democracy is that the citizens achieve a sense of contribution in the procedure of selecting their government. They get the chance to speak out their views by method of electoral voting. This gives ascend to a feeling of belongingness in the brains of the masses towards their society and its well being.

Furthermore, any government is confined to an election tenure after which it has to contend against other parties to recover power. This method averts monopoly of the reigning party. The reigning authorities have to ensure it functions effectively for its people as cannot continue being the authority subsequent to carrying out its term unless re-elected by the people.

From the three statements and additional advantages above it’s clear that democracy is the best form for Indonesia
